Sometimes looking for inspiration is the most fun part of the process. Especially when it involves great music. When we made this arrangement for an intimate wedding in Red Hook we took cues from a New Order album cover designed by Peter Saville.
Saville suggested that flowers are seductive and used a french painting, from 1906, in his design as a symbol of power. We doubt that few people would argue that flowers aren't a powerful tool of seduction.
The arrangement we made works very well, both in size and shape, as a centerpiece at a wedding or a special event and is now available in our online shop. The flowers are arranged in a recycled urns which we have plenty of!
